Description
Clamps for hobby use.
Strong enough for various hobby tasks.
Various designs:
Clamp length (inside): 130mm, 100mm, 70mm
(minus approx 10mm each when using the pressure plate (recommended!)
Various screws in 40mm, 80mm, 105mm and 130mm
Screws and clamps can be flexibly combined.
A pressure plate is included for better effect.
Multiple objects can be placed on one print plate.
For clarity, I have separated these.
Simply print what you need and remove the rest.
Or print several versions at once!
For sufficient strength, use at least the preset print parameters.
Infill 25% or more. Honeycomb pattern is good.
More important are the wall loops and top/bottom shells!
The pressure plate consists of 2 parts that are printed in-place, i.e. they are printed together.
Be careful when moving on the print plate. Ideally, leave this part as it is and add the other parts.
Assembly is easy: Screw the screw into the clamp.
Should work without problems, if not - carefully insert and remove a few times, do not use force!
Alternatively, adjust the screw length and width in 0.1mm increments. DO NOT adjust the height, this will change the thread!
The print plate has an inner part that is placed onto the screw.
This causes it to rotate, while the plate itself clamps the object.
The top of the clamp has a slight texture for better grip.
