Tealight With Mid Print Bending Technique
Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
Description
This print uses an advanced technique where portions of the first layer are intentionally designed to bend during the initial stages. After a programmed pause, the rest of the print continues, locking these bent sections securely into place. The result is a functional and visually striking design that showcases the precision and creativity achievable with modern 3D printing.
⚠️This is still a work in progress, tolerances could be not perfect for everyone, hit me up if you have problems⚠️
⚠️Worst case you printer can run into the print, print carefully!⚠️
⚠️Never use real candles near any filament!⚠️
Here is a short video how i made the print:
Instructions:
- This print barely fits on the X1 plate, print without flow calibration otherwise the print will be over it.
- Change the filament color at layer 23.
- Add a pause at layer 314.
- Pull the arches off the build plate carefully!
- Push the ends of them into the corresponging slots, do this carefully so that the print does get lose or the plate moves!
- No part of the bended arches should be raised from the last layer printed as the tool head will interfere with it othewise.
- Continue the rest of the print!
Hit me up how this worked out for you! This is only a concept and ill apply it to some new design ideas i allready have, stay tuned!
