Description

Harbor Freight Daytona Jack Tray

All credit for the original design for this goes to Brandon Raineri who originally posted this on Printables:

This is a tray to use instead of the cover on the Harbor Freight Daytona floor jack.  I find myself wanting to put lugs nuts and other stuff somewhere when pulling off the wheel so this is a good place to store them or other hardware/components when jacking up a vehicle.

This was specifically designed for the Super Duty 3 Ton jack, but I was able to print and use it as is for my Long Reach Low Profile jack as well.

The key to making sure it will fit is to verify the distance between frames is the same as the tray width, which is 166mm wide.  The distance between the centers of the mounting holes is 55mm and is sized for a M5 heat-set insert from McMaster.

You can reuse the screws from the plate/insert you remove from the jack for the tray if you use those inserts.
