My World Mini Torch 1.0

My World Mini Torch, the torch head uses Tianrui transparent PETG, and the torch handle uses Dajian white PLA. The 1.0 design has flaws and is cumbersome to assemble. Improvements to follow.

Materials needed: 3X6 mm tactile switch, several wires, one yellow LED light, two 376 button cell batteries (6.8 mm diameter, 2.6 mm thick).

Assembly method:

1. Insert one wire from the bottom of the torch handle. After insertion, solder a bit of tin to the inserted end (you can also solder a small disc, or you can skip soldering and just bundle the wire), and use a toothpick or other slender object to press it against the bottom surface visible from the top of the torch handle.

2. Insert the button cell batteries from the top of the torch handle, ensuring the negative pole faces down. Press firmly after insertion.

3. Insert one wire from the gap at the top of the torch handle until it comes out from the bottom.

4. Bend the longer end of the LED light by about 3 mm, and connect the other end to the wire from step three.

5. Insert the LED light into the torch head, then assemble the torch head onto the torch handle.

6. Connect the two wires at the bottom of the torch handle to the tactile switch, and then insert it. (Check if the LED lights up normally before insertion).
