Description
Previously, I purchased ready-made drawer dividers from an online store, but the quantity was insufficient. I realized they were ideally suited for 3D printing, so I designed this model in Fusion 360.
The default divider height is 75mm. You can increase this by adjusting the X-axis data, but please do not select proportional scaling, as the 3mm thickness cannot be changed; otherwise, other accessories will be incompatible.
I have sliced the default divider length using slicing software. Please select and clone multiple prints based on your drawer size requirements.
The top mounting clips can partially extend the divider function. However, I found that irregular partitioning (uneven division) is both aesthetically pleasing and practical. I have provided two examples (20mm and 50mm) for your reference. Feel free to print as needed.
Some components are not fully chamfered. This is to facilitate better adhesion during the initial layers of the print; chamfering is only applied to the top.
