Description

If you’ve got a Reolink RLN16-410 or RLN36-410 (V1) NVR, you know the struggle of adding it to your networking rack. Sure, you could throw it on a shelf, but then you’re wrestling with cables getting caught on the shelf lip, and it’s just not the cleanest setup.

The solution? I’ve designed custom brackets that let you mount your RLN16 or RLN36 directly into a 1U slot in your rack. No shelves, no hassle—just a proper, streamlined fit. There are two options for the right bracket:

  1. One normal RH bracket and
  2. One RH bracket with a built-in mount for a JetKVM, so you can remotely access and control the unit over IP. What's a JetKVM, you ask? Probably the best kickstarter project EVER

To make your life easier, the model is designed with two plates, one for each configuration above. Just select whichever one you need!

If you’ve used a Reolink NVR, you know the frustration—there are just some things you can’t do from the app or desktop client. Sometimes you’ve got to hook up directly to the NVR. But if your networking rack is like mine, you don’t exactly have an HDMI monitor and a mouse sitting nearby. That’s where the JetKVM comes in. It lets you manage the NVR remotely, as if you were sitting right in front of it, solving those headaches once and for all.

So if you want a clean, professional setup and the ability to fully manage your Reolink NVR, these brackets are the upgrade you didn’t know you needed. Stop fighting with your rack—make it work for you!

Note - It appears that there was a design change in the RLN36 NVR where the side ventilation slots have changed. This bracket will work with the earlier versions of the RLN32 that have multiple vertical slits on the sides of the case whereas later versions, according to renderings, does not have the similar ventilation cutouts in the cover.

4/20/25 - I've re-uploaded the original model with Small Perimeters turned on which should help those that have had issues with the support fingers printing properly. This adds a bit of time to the print, but will improve the reliability of the print. Note, this might cause a few visual artefacts on the face of the brackets as the corners of the front are impacted by the small perimeter speeds.

4/22/25 - Good news! For those of you using these brackets to support your RLN-410 + JetKVM, the new Reolink firmware update that just came out allows the mouse to properly function with the JetKVM if you support the beta mouse feature!
