Description

I designed this inlay for the Robble90 Autodarts diy led ring so that no light shines through the material. 
The effect is particularly strong when the ring is printed from white material. With black material it blocks the light that sometimes shines through the individual segments. 
The parts must be glued shifted to the ring segments. 

Required:

3x Light-blocker_halter1.stl

3x Light-blocker_halter2.stl

6x Light-blocker.stl


If you use black material for your led ring, this model will block the light coming through the segments. 
If you use white filament for the ring the light, it could happen that you seen some light between the light blocker parts when the edges of them don’t fit exactly because of unclean print settings.

So you could use a short piece of eg aluminum foil under the blockers where they met. After this the light will be totally blocked.
