Description

Update:

Add optimized v2 frame print profile

  • Adjusted motor screw hole for precise fit.
  • Adjusted battery slot.
  • Structural changes.
  • Add m2 stack screw mount (recommended). Now 2 layer stack is available.
  • Add a thicker version for softer filament. (use m1.4*4 motor screw)
  • Add optional TPU canopy.

Frame noise profile: default Air75 tuning, with old noisy props.

I have been trying to make 3D printed FPV frame that can fly well. Check my previous design. This is a new ultra light 75mm toothpick frame with prestressed structure, aiming for light weight, noise control and easy build.

The frame include 3 parts: lower plate, upper plate and FC mount. Only hardware other than printed parts: 4 motor screws(m1.4*3/m1.4*4). Theoretically usual 75mm tiny whoop electronics can be moved to this frame.

I moved my Betafpv Air75 to this frame and tested it. It's too cold outside so I only flied 4 packs. So far this frame feels good, better than the Air75 whoop frame (a bit too soft for me). Further optimization working in progress.
