Table Tennis Racket
Print Profile(4)

Description
A table tennis paddle, many possibilities
The models and craftsmanship are at a hobby level Please do not have excessively high expectations
I offer you various handle shapes Anatomical, Concave, and Straight The handle is either grooved, which helps a little with sweat, or smooth
Therefore, there are 3 print profile, one for each handle shape There you choose a print plate with the paddle face and a print plate with the handle
Stability is not an issue Simply assemble it You can glue the indentations on one of the handle halves together with a good drop of glue And then insert these, also with glue, into the paddle face Before gluing, please assemble it once to ensure it fits The first time you put it together, it will sound like someone walking over crumbs It's best to let the glued handle rest for a while with clamps Make sure the edges align nicely I have also attached a PDF with individual steps Perhaps that will also help
The paddle face is available in 4 different designs The edge either has grooves, round indentations, stars, or is simply smooth The surface is the same for all 4 Except for the square surface This one is slightly larger and not entirely serious and fits only the Anatomical handle
In the software, you could also "engrave" text as desired The video was made using the old "vision" of my printed paddles But that actually has no influence
Play with color combinations Unfortunately, I don't have an Bambu Lab AMS, so the colors are rather “boring” However, you could change the color for the handles after a few layers To do this, simply insert pauses in the slicer
The printed model weighs approximately 100g
I had to split the paddle for my A1 mini, meaning separating it lengthwise On larger printers, it might fit as one piece However, you could also reassemble the two parts in Bambu Studio However, this requires some knowledge of the functions Or you can combine the original files That also requires knowledge
Simply search for table tennis rubber on common global providers For example https://www.amazon.com/s?k=tischtennis+belag These are available thick or thin, pimpled or smooth, etc There are also other colors than red/black Just search on Google
For adhesive, in this case, you can use anything that is solvent-free Otherwise, the foam surface will be damaged The special adhesive used by table tennis enthusiasts allows the rubber to be peeled off and replaced Here, it is a single-use product Therefore, just glue it
I have added a suitable 2mm thick surface to each profile so you can print it in TPU I only work with PLA and glue purchased rubbers onto it
Good bed adhesion is important Clean and dry completely with a microfiber cloth Otherwise, it will look unsightly on the handle I do not recommend a textured plate, so that it is truly flat But it also works
I always used Bambu Lab filament Except for the multi-colored one PETG is a bit more stable
Have fun with it
