SanDisk SSD Case with Hidden AirTag
Print Profile(2)

Description
Slim case for the SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD with space for the USB-C cable and a hidden AirTag compartment for peace of mind. No additional hardware necessary.
Printing
Fitment: Before printing, select desired clasp type. Three variations are available: Loose, Default, and Tight, which require increasing amount of force to open. I recommend starting off with Default, which is what my print profile uses.
Material: I printed the Primary Color batch (Upper + Lower Case) in Black PETG HF and the Accent Color batch (Insert + Clasp) in White PLA. This has worked well for me, but feel free to experiment and post your results.
Support: All parts print without support except the insert. Please see my print profile for optimal support placement.
Assembly
Cut a strand of filament to 70mm and slide into the hinge. There should be enough friction for it to stay in place without adhesive.

Position the clasp along the clasp indent, then push upward until it clicks into place. Please ensure the clasp is vertical when inserting it, as the clasp has a channel to slide into.

[optional] Place the AirTag into its slot.

Push the Insert into position, there should be a click as it goes in.

I hope you enjoy using this, and as always, please leave your feedback in the comments!
