Description

* THIS IS THE NEW & UPDATED OF THE OLD BOXING WRAP *

-whats new-

  • overall larger housing
  • stronger spindle that doesn't pinch the band
  • flange that holds the spindle in place (no more friction fit)

Boxing wrap roller

  • supports up to 180in wraps
  • pressure plate to flatten wrap

This is a boxing wrap roller designed by me on CAD, this version uses a flange that needs to be glued in place

(place two small lines of glue on the bottom of the shaft, slide the flange down and hold in place for a few seconds flush against the body, rotate the shaft once in a while so it doesn't get glued to the housing)

once fitting together feed the Velcro or loop end of your strap through the slit in the shaft, then through the small slit and then in and through the pressure plate (see pictures above). large gap should be facing down when you are winding the wrap up. then simple pull the wrap off the shaft. Enjoy! always open to feedback and suggestions

also print orientation changed for the handle and provides a much cleaner finish, i have had a little trouble with the supports but think its working well now, if one of the halves of the shaft comes loose you can paint a little more support on
