Join my membership to get commercial license to sell the prints. This will also support me to keep making new designs.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE PRINT PROFILE, SOMEONEV SCALED IT DOWN AND THERFORE SOME DIMENSIONS ARE OFF.
All the parts of the full moon mood light is cut into 4 pieces so it can be printed on a 256mm x 256mm print bed.
First glue all the parts of the inner ring, than glue on the pieces of the moon.
Than glue all the outer rings together and put in your led strip (2 meter is enough) just behind the edge so it sits in front of the moon when put together (see picture), there is also a little cut out to let the leds overlap so you can have a seamless ring of light (see picture).
Than you can glue the outer ring over the inner ring and moon.
On the backside of the inner ring there are 2 holes for hanging the moon with a small screw, one above and one on the bottom.
Mine is hanging straight with just the top one but if you should have any trouble with that the bottom one is there to help you, just make sure you place them in the right distance.
As an extra tip i like to ad that i used a cob led strip and they give a more beautiful light effect (see differences in picture).
