Description
With this you can remove your cake at a perfect 90° angle. Simply place the cake on a turntable, hold the cake scraper as shown in the picture, and rotate the plate with the cake. Everything that is excess will be removed and you have a perfect cake :)
The diameter of the cake can be up to, let's say, 25cm to 28cm, depending on how thick the outer layer of cream is.
