Handle for Wind Rewind spool Roller

This is WIP for a handle that allows to wind and rewind your filament spool in a drying box. This is an enhancemet of the Spool roller project https://makerworld.com/en/models/651272#profileId-577944. 

Note that Wheel should be printed in TPU.
