Description

Model

This is the display stand for the jet engine made by CATIAV5FTW with my nacelle https://makerworld.com/en/models/940615?from=search#profileId-906282 attached to the engine.

Printing

I printed it with 10% infill which works just fine at 0.2mm layer height.

After printing

This print requires no assembly, or glue or anything extra to be done or added.

Once printed you simply place the jet engine onto the stand with hooks being on the closer side towards you. These hooks prevent the jet engine from rotating and secure the engine in place. There might be a slight gap between the arc of the nacelle and the arc of the stand but this is no problem, the engine holds just fine, and the gap is not at all visible unless you look closely from the bottom of the engine.

If you would like to upgrade the engine and make it work and spin just like the real thing you can do so using my upgrade kit here!

Enjoy!!
