Users of portable solar panels know the drill: frequent readjustment to track the sun is often necessary.

This simple inclinometer facilitates achieving the optimal 90° alignment.

Simply place it atop the solar panel before adjustment for convenient alignment.

 

The model comprises three parts:

  1. The plate with concentric circles marked in 5° increments
  2. The indicator pin, detachable and storable within the plate
  3. The small retaining plate securing the inclinometer to the panel

The retaining plate is calibrated for a 3mm thick solar panel, suitable for Ecoflow panels, for instance. For thicker or thinner panels, simply scale the retaining plate disproportionately along the Z-axis.

 

Printing tips: A small brim for the indicator pin may prove beneficial. Minimal support is required for the rear holes of the plate.
