Replacement support for RED TRACE II helmet (brand BURTON SNOWBOARDS) to be 3D printed in PLA or PETG.

As my original retaining bracket for attaching the snowboard goggles to the RED TRACE II helmet broke and I could not find a replacement on the market, I decided to create one for 3D printing.

Compared to the original, it has been made wider (22mm along the entire length of the accessory) so that it is also more resistant.

The following parameters were used to create it:

  • Infill density: 25%
  • Wall loops: 3

Use supports for production.

For attachment to the helmet, it is a simple interlocking system like the original; no additional parts or screws are needed. In this way, the helmet's structure is not modified.

However, it must be said that I assume no responsibility for any damage to the helmet or person, or anything else, resulting from the use of the part; I simply share an accessory that I made for myself.
