P1S Exhaust Adapter, Low Profile

I am publishing my exhaust system for a P1S here because I could not find a suitable adapter that leads to the left and as flat as possible behind the printer, so I designed the whole thing in Fusion 360.

To attach the structure to the printer, screws must be turned into the back of the printer. Holes are available, but they do not have threads!

I assume no liability for any assembly damage that may occur during the screwing of the main part to the housing!

Suitable screws in my case were 3x10mm (please do not use cheap screws)

Be sure to lubricate the screws with lubricant before screwing them in!

The screws I used can be found at Aliexpress 3x10! (not tested by me)

The tolerances are sometimes very tightly calculated!

The exhaust hose should have an inner diameter of 75mm, the adapter is optionally available with clips or must be glued with super glue! The clips on v01 (3mm) broke off for me, the updated version (v02) has not been tested by me yet!

I recommend assembling the entire part and applying sufficient adhesive to all sealing points.

The adapter tube was intentionally left rectangular, as a version is to follow to integrate an 80mm additional fan.

A fan housing will also be available to place the fan between two hose ends.
