D12x2 mm Round Magnet (20PCS) - CA017

Description

This model is depreciated. It is recommended that you print the new version 2.0 instead.

Description:

The Satchel holds two double sleeved commander decks with side board/tokens (115 cards per deck, 230 in all). This box also has an extremely large amount of dice storage. It does all this while also being pretty compact. Its dimensions when folded are about 7" x 4" x 3.25". Please feel free to comment any suggestions for future deck boxes.

Assembly Guide:

Simply print all the parts then use some pieces of filament as hinge pins and assemble in the order shown. Finally glue 12x2 mm magnets in the holes and glue washers/metal disks in the locations shown in picture 5.

The Story

One night after watching probably too many videos on deck boxes before going to bed I made several crude sketches on a piece of paper. These sketches were the blueprints too what I at the time considered to be the ultimate deck box. In the morning I woke up and after spending about an hour trying to figure out what I had written I began to model. This was my second attempt at creating a deck box and using that plus some things I picked up from viewing it in the modeling software I was able to refine it down to this.
