Jewelry Box with German and English Text

In time for Valentine's Day, I designed a jewelry box for my wife. Well… To be precise, it's an improved and slightly redesigned version of a jewelry box I designed a few years ago. First of all, this model uses over 1kg of filament, and it might even be cheaper to simply buy a jewelry box, but that's not what Valentine's Day is about, is it? It's about the effort and thoughtfulness you put into it. And with 3D printing and the rich color selection it offers, you can certainly bring great joy to your partner with this. The jewelry box offers ample space for all kinds of jewelry; it holds everything from rings and earrings to necklaces. Two magnets can be inserted in the lid and opposite it in the body to ensure the lid closes securely. All compartments are spacious, some even subdivided, so that jewelry can be sorted well. There is also a fold-out compartment, which, with the help of foam rubber strips, is perfectly suited for storing rings or earrings. A mirror with a diameter of 100mm can also be glued into the lid.

These are packages that contain more of the items than you need for this model. I bought them partly because of the waste and partly to be able to implement similar projects in the future. Certainly, the items can also be found individually.

When assembling, it should also be noted that both the lid and the tilting compartment are each attached with a suitably sized piece of filament. I heated the ends of the filament pieces to prevent them from slipping out. The filament piece of the tilting compartment is then carefully fused with the body.
