Shelf for Router, Modem or small object wall mount

Description
A wall mount for my modem. Could be used for anything really. The platform is about 4.5x4.5 inches. I have included caps to hide the screws after mounting to the wall.
If your looking for a wider shelf I have one I made for a controller base.
