Description
Overview
The custom blade scraper uses common razor blades combined with an ergonomic handle making scraping 3D printer beds, cleaning glass, etc easier. No extra screws are needed to keep the blade secured. Add this scraper model to your collection to make using razor blades more enjoyable!
Materials and Printing
We suggest using PETG or PLA as the material. Using the designer print profile as a starting point is a must to get the right tolerances for parts to screw together.
- Infill: 20%
- Walls: 3
- Support: Not required
- Print with X-Y hole compensation +0.5mm to ensure the thread works.
Assembly
Required Parts
- Handle
- Bottom Clamp
- Top Clamp
- Common Razor Blade
Instructions
- Begin by placing the razor blade in the bottom clamp. It should fit in the indent as shown.

- Next, align the top clamp with the rest of the assembly.

- Lastly, screw in the handle. This should keep the 2 clamps together and hold the razor blade in securely.

- All done!
