此无限延伸料盘架可以全部用打印机打印,建议使用PETG
建议采用3层壁厚,15%以上填充打印。本人上传模型为2层壁厚,15%填充打印,感觉强度可以,如果要堆叠较高,建议采用强度更高的材料。
该模型横杆X轴为210mm,可以放置3卷料盘,也可以放置未拆封料盘盒;
纵杆Y轴为190mm,为兼容更大料盘留有空隙,可轻松拿放;
Z轴为70mm,横杆粗18毫米,感觉强度完全够用。
连接处公差已设置好,建议先做三通与70mm连接杆适配自己机器。
PS:如果堆叠较高建议采用高强度材料、高填充度、高壁厚,外加胶水。
This infinitely extendable material tray rack can be fully printed with a 3D printer. PETG is recommended.
It is suggested to use a 3 - layer wall thickness and a filling ratio of over 15% for printing. The model I uploaded was printed with a 2 - layer wall thickness and a 15% filling ratio, and the strength seems sufficient. If you plan to stack it to a relatively high height, it is advisable to use a material with higher strength.
The cross - bar of this model has an X - axis length of 210mm. It can hold 3 rolls of material trays or unopened material tray boxes.
The longitudinal bar has a Y - axis length of 190mm. There is a gap to accommodate larger material trays, making it easy to pick up and place them.
The Z - axis length is 70mm, and the cross - bar has a thickness of 18mm. The strength is considered to be completely adequate.
The tolerances at the connection points have been set properly. It is recommended to first make the three - way connectors and the 70 - mm connecting rods to fit your own machine.
PS: If stacking to a high height, it is recommended to use high - strength materials, a high filling degree, a high wall thickness, and additionally use glue.
