Description

I decided to build this bike mount for the DJI RC2 remote drone controller because I couldn't find anything that I felt safe using on my bike to connect a standard bike Smartphone Mount to the DJI RC2. The weight of an action cam ( 145 gr.) is less than a DJI RC2 controller (420 gr.) if we add the sudden movements of the bike this support needs to be strong and precise. This project is the result of an evolution of 12 prototypes in which I progressively  improved the measurements, fittings and resistance of materials. It was designed in ONSHAPE software. I recommend 3D printing with PTGE filament and a 0.2mm nozzle diameter for greater precision when connecting to the DJI RC2 controller. You need to add two M4 screws and two M2 screws and washers to firmly connect the mount to the DJI RC2 remote drone controller plus a wire safety cable. Enjoy it.
