Description
Sampei is a boy with a simple,enegetic and cheerful personality.He lives in a mountain village with his grandfather Ippei who introduce him to the secrets and pleasures of fishing.It soon becomes clear that Sampei has an incredible natural talent,whichcombined with his ability to concentrate leads him to partecipate in various sport fishing competition which always present him with new challenges and opponents.
