Some filament can reach high temperatures, readily adhering to the baffle.

Teflon heat-resistant tape effectively addresses adhesion and deformation. Two types exist—the textured tape I used and a film tape; both boast smooth, heat-resistant surfaces, achieving identical results. My film tape is currently unavailable; I'll locate it later, as its dark grey hue is preferable.

After application, trim excess tape with a craft knife before assembly.

This design's modularity facilitates easy tape application and convenient trimming.

Furthermore, its ultra-thin, hollow structure absorbs filament impact, ensuring accurate deposition into the waste receptacle. A comparison of filament landing on a tabletop versus this baffle reveals minimal rebound on the baffle.

I'm also designing a waste bin; I'm still researching anti-vibration feet. A simple waste bin risks collision with the printer due to the anti-vibration feet's operation.

Testing the A1's capabilities, 0.44mm print quality remains satisfactory.
