New mechanical arm exoskeleton (optimized arm structure and mounting method)
Print Profile(2)

Description
The arm section has undergone numerous revisions and testing, resulting in an optimized structure and simplified installation process. Some users of the previous model mentioned excessive finger supports; this was unavoidable due to my aim of simplifying the installation by designing it as a single-print articulated component. This inevitably increased support, but eliminates assembly, simplifying the process significantly.
The palm installation remains identical to the previous version; however, the arm section's structural changes result in minor differences, although it remains straightforward. The wrist continues to utilize hook-and-loop fasteners, ensuring secure attachment to various wrist sizes. Detailed images are included, and assembly instructions will also be available on my corresponding Douyin and Xiaohongshu accounts.
I've also included separate finger plates for individual testing. You can print these to test finger thickness and size, enabling scaling adjustments for a better fit to your hand.
