Description

Rigid 4512 table saw alignment jig. This may work for other saws but is built for the rigid 4512. uses a printed alignment key, two m4x10mm socket head screws one m4x15mm socket head screw, nut and two washers. The micrometer was sourced from amazon.

 

Assemble then slid the jig into miter slot pick a spot on the front of the blade put a dot with a sharpie. Zero gauge on that spot then slide the jig to the back of the blade, spin the blade so the spot you made in the front aligns in the back with the gauge. Note the difference from the front to the back and adjust the saw accordingly.
