Description

Cupholders for my center console since it didn't come with any. Created this two piece set which comes together using double sided mounting tape and then uses elastic bands and buckles to mount to the center console.

All items should be available at Walmart, included the pictures in the upload.

I used mounting tape from harbor freight but any should work. Buckle Clips are 1in for the slot and 1in black elastic, I'd say to get at least 1yd.

Tips for printing:

-make sure plate is clean to avoid any warping. I'd watch the 1st layer just to make sure filament is sticking to plate.

  • I recommend printing in PETG or more heat resistant materials
  • 1st and 2nd plate are the 2 piece set for the center console
  • Lastly, I had scaled plate 1, +1.5% & +3.0% in the X & Y direction so it would allow for the mounting tape but please feel free to remeasure and scale yourself if you don't want to use mounting tape or to double check the fitment!
  • (OPTIONAL ) 3rd plate is optional for 3rd gen ford rangers , manual trans. It uses the bottom cupholder that attaches with studs to clip onto the bottom. it fits very snug, may work with other version rangers. (Note*: this one is still a prototype so any feedback is welcome, I may slice and republish in the future, thought I'd share in the meantime)
