Description

Sea turtles are nature's quiet wanderers, gliding through the ocean with an effortless charm. With their wise, ancient eyes and graceful flippers, they navigate vast blue expanses, from sun-dappled shallows to the depths of the ocean.

I hope you enjoy my sea turtle design as much as I do. He has poseable fins and a poseable head. There are two small supports under the back legs to help with print quality and adhesion to the plate.

Special note: The more you move the fins and head, the looser they become in the cavity. If you want to maintain a poseable creature, you'll want to limit how much you fidget with the fins.

Scaling: Please do not scale down (or do so at your own risk). You can scale up for a looser fit.

Loosening the ball from the socket:

-Allow the PLA to cool slightly before attempting to move the ball in the socket! If the PLA is still pliable, you're likely to bend and/or break the fins off.

-Apply slight pressure at the base of the fins and push forward to loosen them. You can then rotate the ball in the cavity for more motion. I recommend pushing the head to the side to loosen it, after which it can be moved up and down, and side to side.
