Description
EM Training Method, officially known as Eye Movement Vision Training Method, originates from Japan and primarily improves vision by training eye movements. The core principle of this method is that poor eyesight is mainly due to eye muscle incoordination or excessive eye muscle tension. Through specialized eye movement training, eye muscles can relax and coordinate, thereby improving vision.
This device is designed to guide the user to move their eyes according to the tutorial using an attached indicator strip, achieving the desired therapeutic effect.

- Up and down, left and right movement: Move the eyeballs to the upper left, lower left, upper right, and lower right, focusing on the indicator strip for 5 seconds in each direction.
- Diagonal movement: Move the eyeballs diagonally, from the upper left to the lower right, and from the upper right to the lower left, holding each position for 5 seconds.
- Circular movement: Move the eyeballs clockwise and counterclockwise in circles for about 1 minute each.
- Alternating near and far vision: Focus on a distant object, then quickly switch to focusing on the indicator strip in the middle of the glasses, holding each position for approximately 5 seconds, repeating this for 5 minutes.
By consistently performing these exercises, the flexibility and adjustment capabilities of the eye muscles can be enhanced, which may help improve myopia. However, the effectiveness varies from person to person, and it cannot replace professional medical advice and treatment. If vision problems persist or worsen, seek medical attention promptly.
