The Jiefang CA10 truck was manufactured based on the ZIS-150 truck produced by the Stalin Automobile Plant in Moscow, Soviet Union The vehicle features rear-axle drive, has an unladen weight of 3.9 tons, is equipped with an inline water-cooled six-cylinder four-stroke gasoline engine with a power output of 66 kilowatts, a maximum speed of 65 kilometers per hour, a payload capacity of 4 tons, a permissible towing capacity of 4.5 tons, and a filament consumption of 29 liters per 100 kilometers This vehicle boasts characteristics such as good steady speed after engine start, safe and reliable braking system, robust structure, and long service life It is more suitable for large-scale construction in our country, considering conditions such as raw material and filament supply, and road and bridge load, and can also be modified into vehicles for various purposes as needed
This model is designed based on the Jiefang CA10 truck, with a total length of 353mm, a width of 124mm (excluding rearview mirrors), and a height of 120mm It is entirely 3D Printed and requires no hardware, only glue is needed for assembly
The entire model consists of 29 types and 56 parts, with low assembly difficulty Measures need to be taken to prevent warping when printing the cargo box; other parts have no special requirements
Apart from the four wheels that can rotate, this model has no other movable functions It is suitable for display and appreciation Later, I will add remote control electric functionality, and it is expected that some parts will not be compatible

April 2025 Update:
A scaled-down simplified version has been released, which is only 50% the size of the original Differences are as follows:
- Canceled the leaf springs on the front and rear axles
- Combined the front and rear chassis into one part
- Combined the cab and cargo box into one part
- Changed the assembly method of the front fender and cab, making it more suitable for smaller models
- The fuel tank and air tank are directly integrated into the chassis, no longer separate parts
- Adjusted the proportion of the rearview mirror; if printing at 50% of the original size, the parts would be too small
- Removed the glass
- The wheels are split into hubs and tires, making it convenient to print them in different colors or even materials
- Text on the engine compartment shell has been removed (text too small to print after scaling down)
- The original assembly instructions do not apply to the scaled-down simplified version Many parts have been reduced, making assembly very simple
The new scaled-down simplified version is divided into two print profiles:
- Single plate single color printing – meaning a white model, easy to paint, and the simplest to print Requires only 109g of filament and can be printed in 4.8 hours
- Two plate dual color printing – once printing and assembled, it's a finished product with a good appearance without needing paint Requires only 109g of filament and can be printed in 5 hours
September 2, 2025 Update:
- Increased the area of the front windshield and slightly reduced the area of the side windows
- Improved the placement method of the front fender for a better surface finish
