Pokemon TCG Deck Box

Capacity: 

Designed to hold up to 60 sleeved cards (with some wiggle room)
 

Hinge Lock Mechanism: 

The hinge can be securely locked by inserting a piece of filament. For a snug, press-fit, ensure the same print profile is used.
 

Magnet Installation: 

Plate 1 and Plate 2 accommodate 10x3 round magnets, while Plate 3 and Plate 4 accommodate 8x3 round magnets. A pause is added during printing to allow for their insertion before the slot is covered with bridges.

Insert steps for 10x3 magnets

• Plate 1 → Add a pause at layers #293
• Plate 2 → Add a pause at layers #397
• Insert the magnets, paying attention to their polarities.
• Resume the print.
   

Insert steps for 8x3 magnets

• Plate 3 → Add a pause at layers #287
• Plate 4 → Add a pause at layers #390
• Insert the magnets, paying attention to their polarities.
• Resume the print.

Please note that the pauses added in the print profile assumes that the provided layer height of 0.16 is used. If you wish to use a different layer height (or printing with non Bambulab printer), add the pauses at the layer when the magnet slot is covered. 

Surface Patterns: 

The top and bottom surfaces feature "Aligned Rectilinear" for visual styling. Feel free to modify this pattern, as it may cause minor gaps in the final print.

For better print quality, and speed in printing, I have split the design elements from the deck box, so when done, you just need to glue them in place!
