Description

Our guinea pigs are free-range during the day when someone is home. At night, they are safely enclosed, and for that, a small door comes in handy.

This sliding door is designed for square wire frames of 335 mm, with an internal grid of 8 by 8 squares.

The included frame and sliding door fit into a cutout of 3×3 squares. I had good results cutting the wire with a rotary tool (Dremel), but using wire cutters should work as well.

The frame is attached to the wire grid using six small zip ties. I used zip ties of 1 × 2 × 90 mm.

When the dimensions of your frame are different, scale it in your slicer accordingly.

Make sure you carefully remove the support material from the gaps. It takes some fiddling, but otherwise it won't fit properly.
