Description

Righthand Switch Track for Mighty Casey Ride 'em Railroad. PETG is recommended but PLA will work too. A good adhesive is recommended that is compatible with the plastic you choose. For PLA, 3D Gloop. For PETG, JB Weld Plastic Bonder Epoxy. I have found it easiest to glue all the tie halves together, then all the rail sections together. Assemble each tie section to the rail sections upside down. Clamping is recommended for every glue joint.

Hardware needed:

-M4x20mm pan head screw x4 (switch point pivots / Handle pivots)

-M2.6x12x6 course thread screw x2 (Link bar to points)

-Compression spring 9/32" x ¾" (for handle detent; came in Harbor Freight spring assortment)

To make a passing siding, or to just make the siding the same length as the main, print this short straight piece: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1119784#profileId-1117920
