The TM 7 Has Arrived!
Incredibly useful for rotating the mixing knife and releasing dough from the bottom.
Hold the mixing bowl upside down, attach the dough scraper, and rotate. The dough will almost completely fall out of the mixing bowl.
With its large 70mm diameter, this dough scraper is exceptionally handy and comfortable to use, even with wet or damp hands.
The ingenious design results in a phenomenal weight of just 31.8 grams. The 15% infill I specified is perfectly adequate and provides the dough scraper with significant stability.
