Manpack Rail System for RT95/AT-778UV – 3D Printable File

Hey everyone, I’m excited to share my latest 3D design—the Manpack Rail System for the RT95/AT-778UV! As a passionate Ham radio operator and off-roading enthusiast, I wanted a more practical and powerful solution for field communication.

Typical handheld radios are limited to around 8W of output power, which can be a challenge in remote areas or when trying to reach distant repeaters. The RT95/AT-778UV, however, offers up to 25W, making it a far more effective option for off-roading, emergency comms, and extended range operations.

I took some inspiration from the Side Rails for the AnyTone 778UV, but this is an entirely original file that I designed from scratch. My goal was to create a secure and durable rail system that makes it easier to mount, carry, and operate the RT95/AT-778UV in the field.

If you’re into Ham radio, off-roading, or need a reliable mobile setup, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this design!

📌 Note: This file may require some post-processing, as the holes were designed to be a bit tight to ensure a secure fit.
