Rugged Commander Deck Box (Squared Corners)

This is a rugged deck box that can easily hold 100+ double-sleeved cards, with a separate compartment for additional cards (e.g. sideboard), counters, tokens, dice, etc. This is a remix of Snoogins0880's original deck box that had rounded corners inside. I was worried that the rounded corners would create curves in sleeved cards stored inside, which could result in the cards being considered “marked” in tournament situations.

Preparation & Printing

• Tested with Elegoo PLA and PolyLite PLA.
• Printed successfully with a 0.4mm nozzle with the 0.20mm Standard setting.
• The lid gasket is included if you have TPU available, but is otherwise not needed.
• All the pieces are on separate plates for easy selection of printing.
• No supports are needed.

Assembly

• You will need six (6) M3x30mm screws. Insert them from the outside of the box towards the center, so that the heads are facing outwards. You can print some, or you can grab a pack on Amazon (affiliate).
