This insert is for everything for Terraforming Mars, except Turmoil and Colonies.
I did have everything for this game, but after a few plays we decided Colonies, and especially Turmoil, added too much and we decided that we wanted to strip it back to the main basics of gameplay.
This insert fits everything else, listed below, into the original box, with no lid lift

5 dual layer player boards (the official ones, each 3mm in height)
A whole load of promos
All cards are sleeved, and as you can see there is plenty more room for more cards if more get released.
The 2 small rectangle pieces are designed to go into the milestones & awards as a spacer to stop them falling over. I just used blu tack to hold them in place, so can be moved / removed if any more are ever released.
The spacer that is shorter at one end, is the same as the thin card trays, I just printed an extra and then chopped the top off.
v2 update - I revisited this recently as this was an early design and I wasn't happy with a couple of bits. Nothing fundamentally has been changed, the only differences to the original are:
- Changed a plate setting from print by object so this is now compatible with an A1 mini
- Redesigned the resource and player trays so they have slightly more space. All trays are now the same height so they sit flush underneath the player boards. (The resource tray was 0.5mm taller in v1)
- Added an stl for the spacer, with one end cut to size
