Pre-Printing Notes

Tools Required

• Small to medium diagonal pliers – Helps cut internal supports for easier removal.

Improving Print Quality

• Use Bambu Studio’s calibration feature to enhance surface quality.
  (My early prints had poor surface finish, but this feature made a big difference.)

Patience Required

• Printing takes time, and removing supports carefully is essential.

Assembly Instructions

1. Installing the Bomb Fuse

• Insert the Bomb Fuse into the Top Cover, ensuring its bottom contour aligns before inserting.

  

• Flip the Top Cover upside down and press the Fuse Retainer into the groove to secure it.

  

2. Attaching the Top Cover

• Inside the Top Cover, find two raised features. One is marked "FRONT".
• 
• Align this "FRONT" marking with the front notch of the SSRB Main Body.
• Insert it fully, then rotate clockwise to lock it in place.

• Important: Hold and apply force to the Top Cover, not the fuse. (Even with increased wall thickness, the fuse remains fragile.)

   

   

3. Installing the Bottom Cover

• Flip the assembly upside down.
• Insert the non-flexible end of the Bottom Cover into one side first.
• Gently press the flexible end into the latch structure until it clicks into place.

⚠️It is recommended to print the model using dark-colored filament. Lighter colors tend to make unavoidable surface imperfections more visible, even when using Bambu Studio’s calibration feature.
