The Prancing Pony - Hanging Sign

This print is made up of 4 different parts with some easy assembly required. The parts are the sign x 2, hanging assembly, post & base. To assemble, you will require some super glue for adhering the two sides of the sign together. I plopped 5 drops of super glue on the back of one sign and then placed the back of the other sign onto it, followed by aligning the two pieces. 

Then simply, push fit the post  into the base, then using the hanging assembly complete the piece by adding the sign to the post.

Printing - Suggestions & Requirements

• Clean the print bed before printing the signs or use some adhesive to get the best possible adhesion. For my print, I did get some lift in the corners which could have been prevented
• Allow the build plate to cool completely before removing the post from the base. If the post warps when removed it will make the piece look out of square… if this happens to you, you can use the oven to reheat… but do it right the first time and be patient.
• Painting of this model in slicer had minimal colour changes in mind. This print will not produce a lot of poop.
• AMS is required.

• Elegoo PLA Wood Colour
• Bambu PLA Silk Gold (lettering)
• Bambu PLA Silver (would have used black if I had some)
• Bambu Mattee Grass Green
