Description
This is a miniature storage box, with external dimensions of 120*60*40mm. You will need four 6*2mm magnets, glue, and 1.75mm diameter filament to act as the box's hinges.
Assembly Instructions:
1. Cut the filament to the appropriate length (see Figure 2).
2. Test if the filament inserts smoothly into the hinge holes. If it does not fit, gently heat the outer edge of the hole with a lighter, then immediately insert the filament (see Figure 3).
3. Once the filament is in the hinge hole, check if the length is correct; trim if necessary (see Figure 4).
4. Heat both ends of the filament with a lighter, and immediately press them flat with a smooth object to secure the filament hinges (see Figures 5 & 6).
5. Before installing the magnets, apply a small amount of glue inside the circular holes, then press the magnets into place (see Figures 9 & 10). Friendly tip: Confirm the correct polarity of the magnets before installation!
