Description

This model is the successor to my tweeting bird that I made a year and a half ago. It is available here:

The previous model is very simple, so I decided to improve it a bit.

Instruction.

Pour water into the whistle and blow. It should be about 10 ml of water.

The bird should make modulated sounds like a real bird.

You can't see the water level through the walls of model, so you'll have to experiment a bit. The water level should be as shown in the diagram below.

For this project I used regular PLA and PLA Silk. 

Important

First of all, the filament should be dry. Moisture in the filament causes tiny holes in the print, which may cause leaks. Also, do not use old filament that is brittle because it weakens the print.

 

 It should play like the previous model which sounds like in the video below.
