Description
This tool facilitates the application of dry lubricants like WD-40 to P1 series nozzles, offering a significantly more convenient alternative to disassembling the nozzle and applying the lubricant manually while wearing gloves
This is particularly beneficial when printing with materials such as PETG, which are prone to moisture absorption, leading to nozzle clogging and print defects
Instructions and steps:
1 Clean the nozzle thoroughly,
2 Apply a small amount of WD-40 to the base of the model (avoid excess),
3 Lift the magnetic cover of the P1S extruder fan component,
4 Insert the tool into the nozzle and allow it to sit for a short time (place a container beneath to catch any dripping lubricant),
5 Once the WD-40 has fully evaporated, the nozzle is ready for use. Highly convenient.
The model includes a base and a cover, allowing for repeated use!!!
