When printing this work, please note the following points:
- The infill density of the frame should be equal to or greater than that of the spring arms to ensure the frame’s strength and to prevent damage during use.
- The higher the infill density of the spring arms, the stronger their elasticity. If you wish to further increase the pulling force, you may safely shorten the two 720mm sections; however, excessive deformation is not recommended.
- Because this model consumes a significant amount of material, it is advisable to first print a test sample at 50% scale to avoid material waste from incorrect print settings. Once the test print is confirmed to be error-free, proceed with full-scale printing.
- Due to the inherent texture of 3D-printed parts, some mechanical components may not move smoothly. Therefore, I have applied an appropriate amount of lubricant to the moving parts during assembly. The smoothness of the mechanical movement may affect the overall functionality of the work.
