Description

Hello, everyone,
Based on your comments, I have created a version that holds the moving part in position and doesn't fall on the stop. The first 1mm does not hold the position (due to printing), but the remaining range does. For measurement, I recommend sliding it out to the stop and then pushing it against the tire at the measurement point.

After printing, I recommend firmly pushing the moving part in the direction of the arrow drawn in the picture below to release the potential connection. If the connection does not loosen, turn the gauge 180°, insert a thin flat head screwdriver into the groove and rotate.

Print settings:

  • Layer height: 0.16 mm
  • Wall generator: Arachne
  • Minimum layer width: 75%
  • Layer width: 0.4 mm
  • Precise Z height: Enabled
  • Seam position: Aligned

Note:
I recommend using the profile I posted, or when printing the pattern, remember to move the seam to the location shown in the picture below. Otherwise you will not be able to move the moving part.
