Description

A very strong filament spool storage solution. The end brackets capture the end of the metal pipe after cutting to hide any burrs and also function as a support to prevent filament spools from falling off the end of the shelf run. Printed in PETG the brackets are very strong and can easily support 1KG spools at 17 rolls over a 4 foot span, or any length with center supports on 3 to 4 foot spacing. These are designed to accomodate 19mm (½") EMT metal piping which is very affordable and readily available from hardware and building supply stores. Also works well with ¾" dowels. It takes 2 screws to install each bracket and pocket holes are included to recess the screws. With this system filament can easily be organized and placed up and out of the way. Also inclulded are label clips that snap over the pipe and can be located anywhere along the rail. The text for the labels can easily be modified in Bambu Studio. I like to store my rolls above windows to avoid sun exposure and this solution has worked great.

Each end bracket uses approximately 79g of filament. Middle bracket uses approximately 58g. Additional middle bracket with extra support  uses approximately 75g. Labels use only 6.4g of filament with a 4 color changes for text printing. Text could easily be removed and decals applied if printing on a single color printer.
