Description
Modeled in Fusion 36O with dimensions:
- width: 34 mm
- height: 47 mm
- thickness: 0.3 mm
The key is to find a setting where the flights will print on one perimeter. The arachne generator helped a lot.
Use support material or the flights will tilt and ruin the print.
A nozzle 0.25 mm is recommended.
I tried different filaments (PETG and PLA) but I got better results with PLA.
It's not entirely easy, but when it's done, the flights hold their shape well and the durability is comparable to ordinary folding dart flights.
