0.12mm layers. I&#39;ve split the models onto seperate plates so theres no need to print all the guards at once.Has from 1mm to 8mm just choose the plate of the size you need!

This profile includes specific slicing adjustments to support bed adhesion and detail resolution.<ul><li>Wall generator set to Arachne, with the transition threshold angle adjusted to 17 degrees and minimum wall width reduced to 45%, enabling the precise printing of very thin walls and intricate features without leaving structural gaps.</li><li>Internal solid infill pattern changed to Concentric and reduced internal solid infill detection disabled, providing extrusion paths that follow the model&#39;s outer geometry to ensure a homogeneous material distribution in solid areas.</li><li>Initial layer speed and initial layer infill speed lowered to 40 mm/s and 85 mm/s respectively, maximizing first layer adhesion to the build plate and minimizing the risk of detachment during the early stages of printing.</li><li>Support and object initial layer space increased to 1 mm, allowing for easier support removal and preventing the support base material from fusing tightly with the model&#39;s surfaces.</li><li>All objects across different plates rotated in the exact same direction, ensuring the part cooling fan targets each component from the identical angle to maintain a consistent surface finish across all parts.</li></ul>It is recommended to clean the build plate before use.

1-12mm Razor Combs with Size Markings

Combs are in the original &#34;click&#34; system. Randomly tested sizes: 1mm, 2.5mm, 4mm, 5.5mm, 7mm, and 8mm – each one fit my razor.I don&#39;t recommend printing multiple at once. Print one first and check if it fits. Printed on a problematic Ender 3.When removing, hold the plastic part of the blade as shown in one of the pictures. Failing to do so may result in bent blades.&nbsp;Any feedback is welcome!&nbsp;Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and a 0.12mm layer height. Supports depend on your printer. On the Ender 3, I created a small support (about 5mm wide) in the center of the bridge. Overly dense supports may cause damage to the print.&nbsp;11.03.2025: <ul><li>added 8.5-12mm combs</li><li>added combs with markings, for people who want to print more than one size</li></ul>
