Oral-B Charger Dock Organizer with Hidden Cable Management and Ribbed Toothbrush Holder Set

This is a toothbrush holder designed to hold Oral-B toothbrushes, charging units, and accessories. The design is simple and elegant. It features a hidden cable compartment underneath the stand to keep things tidy, as well as inserts for the cups to customize the functionality and style of the organizer.

Base

There are 9 different versions, with varying numbers of cups and Oral-B toothbrush holders. I printed the stand/base in PLA. I recommend using “Support for PLA” as the support interface, though the normal support settings in Bambu Studio work perfectly fine (IMPORTANT: Make sure to change the interface material to match the filament being used). The picture shows the finish you can expect with PLA + PLA support, PLA + “Support for PLA” material, and ABS + ABS support. All slicer settings for support are the standard Bambu profiles. I had planned to print the base in ABS for easier dishwasher cleaning, but the hassle of removing the charger prevented me from doing so, and it’s easy enough to clean normally.

Check the print profile named BASE to see all the different versions available.

If you use Bambu Lab Handy and do not have "support for PLA". Change Print profile, to one with only PLA. Do not use PLA if you see this image hear (red arrow):

 

 

 

Cups

I used Iron Gray Metallic on my cups. Using all the nice PLA colors on the most visible parts makes it easy to create your own style.

Inserts

I printed the inserts in ABS, but ASA is also a great option. Both materials withstand higher temperatures, making them easier to clean thoroughly and even dishwasher-safe. I also used ironing on some of the inserts.

Different inserts are available, standard and half-size: Ø65×100 and Ø65×70. I have included several variations. If you want to design your own custom insert, you can use the base diameter Ø65 mm and extrude it to either 100 mm or 70 mm.
